Diabetes Diary Plus - Update 3.2.1

Managing nutritional data and calculating insulin doses are essential aspects for people with diabetes. With the new update 3.2.1, the diabetes app now offers even more options for efficiently documenting your meals and their effects on your blood sugar.

New units

Bread unit (BE): Mainly used in Germany and Austria, the specification in BE offers a practical way of recording carbohydrates for insulin calculations.

Carbohydrate unit (KE): This unit is preferred in Switzerland and allows an even more precise calculation of carbohydrates.

Carbohydrate Exchange (CE): The international CE standard is also supported so that the app complies with the common standards in various countries.

Customization The app allows you to set the preferred unit in the settings. Users can easily choose which unit best suits their nutrition management.

Why is this update important?

Many people with diabetes use different units depending on their region or personal preference. The integration of BE, KE and CE is particularly important as these units are a common standard in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With this update, the app adapts optimally to the needs of its users in these regions.
