How to Connect Your Dexcom Account
To receive your glucose readings in the pebble watchface, open the pebble watchface settings and enter your credentials.
Email or Phone
Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Dexcom account. Use the same credentials you use to sign in to the Dexcom app.
- Try your email address first.
- If login fails, try your mobile phone number instead (including the country code, for example
+1 555 123 4567).
Password
Enter your Dexcom account password.
Server
Select the share region that matches your Dexcom Share account:
US: United States (Set toggle OFF)
Outside the US and EU (OUS): All other countries (Set toggle ON)
If you're unsure, choose the region where your Dexcom account was created. Selecting the wrong region will prevent the app from connecting.
Help
- Dexcom Share is enabled in your Dexcom app. If you're unsure, install the official Dexcom Follow app and verify that you receive glucose readings there.
- In the Pebble settings page, sign in with the Dexcom App Account, not the follower account.
- Your phone has an active internet connection.
- You're using the correct username (email or phone number, depending on your account), password, and Share region. Dexcom accounts may use an email address, mobile number, or username depending on when and how the account was created.
- If login fails, verify that your credentials work by signing in to the appropriate Dexcom account portal. Use the same credentials in the Pebble app.
- Dexcom Monitor is not a medical device and is not intended for medical use. Always refer to your official Dexcom app for treatment decisions.
